Where the village gathers, with flavours from two continents.
A family-run Ecuadorian restaurant right by Tàrbena's community pool. Honest cooking, a sun-warmed terrace and a spot for locals and travellers alike.
4,4 (172 reviews)From Ecuador to the mountains of Tàrbena.
We're an Ecuadorian family who found a second home in Tàrbena years ago. Sa Piscina was born as the place where neighbours and visitors sit at the same table — for breakfast, the lunch menu, or a long dinner under the stars.
Our cooking mixes the best of two worlds: the flavours of Ecuador we brought with us and the fresh produce of the Marina Baixa. All homemade, taken slowly and with care.
"Like being at grandma's house, but with views of the valley."

A rest stop on the Col de Rates.
La Piscina is the perfect place to stop after climbing the Col de Rates or ascending from Callosa d'en Sarrià up to Tàrbena. The village is the highest point around, so it's the ideal spot to pull in for food, drinks or a shower. Our goal is for cyclists to get to know the restaurant and make it their meeting point.

Tàrbena sits in the middle of the Costa Blanca, one of Europe's premier sport-climbing regions. Climbers from all over the world come for the limestone crags on our doorstep — Sella, Echo Valley, Toix, Olta and Guadalest are all a short drive away. La Piscina is your meeting point to eat, drink and swap beta before or after a session on the rock.
